Short Meditate With Arts!
Hello guys! How you guys doing? I hope you all in a good health. So yesterday, 14th January 2020 we've been brought by our lecturer, Miss Norhaslin or Miss Leen to the Pahang Arts Museum. The objective we're getting here is because we need to observe how the curator here gives interpretation about this place suitable with our topic Chapter 3: Role and Functions of Technique and Media in the subject Visitor Interpretation Services other than appreciate the arts here.
So this attractive colonial-era building is a place where all the state's culture, arts and sculpture collected. Mohd Roslan Ahmad's contemporary cermaics was one of the arts that you guys should look for here. Also the sculptures by Raja Shahanman and an exhibition on Orang Asli, ou indigenous people.
This museum also established to further enhance appreciation of the arts and related works, and of famed and renowned artists and celebrities. To achieve this goal, the museum plans to exhibit and display works of art not only by those who are born or bre in Pahang but also by the national artists, painters and sculptors.
For those that interested in arts, sculpture and culture, you guys were recommended to come here as this Pahang Arts Museum open on weekdays from 9 a.m. until 5p.m. Moreover, the entrance was free! 😃😱😆
